Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
- 1 tsp honey (optional)
Instructions
- Combine: Add all ingredients into a high-speed blender.
- Blend: Blend on high until smooth and creamy. Add more liquid if too thick.
- Taste test: Add honey if you prefer it sweeter.
- Serve: Pour into a tall glass and top with fresh berries or chia seeds.
