Berry Smoothie

A refreshing burst of antioxidants and vitamins.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1 tsp honey (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine: Add all ingredients into a high-speed blender.
  2. Blend: Blend on high until smooth and creamy. Add more liquid if too thick.
  3. Taste test: Add honey if you prefer it sweeter.
  4. Serve: Pour into a tall glass and top with fresh berries or chia seeds.
